This position performs the duties of a Staff Physician responsible for comprehensive health and medical care services to chronic and same-day patients in a primary care setting. | Qualifications: | EXPERIENCE: No additional experience required outside of a completed training program as identified in the education qualifications (listed) below. EDUCATION: Completion of an accredited Medical School Program. Completion of an ACGME accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program. Board Eligible or Board Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Board of Internal Medicine. Active, unrestricted Medical License from any U.S. State or Territory. LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAMS: This position qualifies for the Indian Health Services LRP (IHS), National Health Service Corps LRP (NHSC), Arizona State Loan Repayment Program (AZDHS) and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
