With clinics located in Auburn, CA and Grass Valley, CA, we have multidisciplinary health care teams that provide a broad spectrum of services including adult and pediatric primary care, nutrition and health education, women's health services, dental care, orthodontia, mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry, optometry, and pharmacy.

Duties: Responsibilities Include: • Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting • Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments • Empowering and advising a talented team of FNP's, Nurses, MA's, LVN's and other support staff with medical services, protocols, standard procedures, and management of patient care related activities • Enjoying a work-life balance with no on-call/evening/weekends and a scheduling structure that supports patient engagement while also allowing time during the day for charting
Qualifications: Qualifications: • Licensed California Physician; Board Certified in Family Practice preferred (Pediatric/ Internal Medicine specialty will be considered, if applicant possesses a broad Experiential background) • BLS certification required
