With clinics located in Auburn, CA and Grass Valley, CA, we have multidisciplinary health care teams that provide a broad spectrum of services including adult and pediatric primary care, nutrition and health education, women's health services, dental care, orthodontia, mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry, optometry, and pharmacy. | Duties: | Responsibilities Include: • Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting • Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments • Empowering and advising a talented team of FNP's, Nurses, MA's, LVN's and other support staff with medical services, protocols, standard procedures, and management of patient care related activities • Enjoying a work-life balance with no on-call/evening/weekends and a scheduling structure that supports patient engagement while also allowing time during the day for charting |
| Qualifications: | Qualifications: • Licensed California Physician; Board Certified in Family Practice preferred (Pediatric/ Internal Medicine specialty will be considered, if applicant possesses a broad Experiential background) • BLS certification required |
