Summary:	SPEECH PATHOLOGIST. Multi-State License Hospital System, Competitive Salary, Housing adjacent to Tséhootsooí Medical Center, Full Employee Benefits, $5,000 Relocation Incentive, $3,500 Annual CEU Allowance with 40 hours of PTO, Personal/Sick Leave Accrual, 9 Federal Holidays & 2 Floating Holidays PTO, Loan Repayment Programs and Reimbursable Site-Visit.
Duties:	The purpose of this position to provide comprehensive, quality speech and language intervention to Native American patients of all ages in the Fort Defiance Indian Hospital. The primary rehab goal is to improve the quality of life for patients suffering from hearing, speech, language, and swallowing disorders, to maximize function, to educate patient family, and to provide assistive technology and/or non-verbal speech as indicated.
Qualifications:	MINIMUM MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: Life-span from children to elderly, ability to co-treat with other disciplines (PT, 0T). State Board Certified and licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
