National Day of Mourning

National Day of Mourning

To honor the life and legacy of former President George H. W. Bush, Wednesday, December 5, 2018, has been designated as a National Day of Mourning. President Trump issued an Executive Order closing federal offices and excusing federal employees from duty.  All non-emergency IHS services will be closed. Patients who have medical appointments at IHS federal facilities will be rescheduled as soon as possible. 24-hour emergency-department services will not be interrupted
