Nurses Week
It’s National Nurses Week. This week-long celebration is to raise awareness of the value of nursing and an opportunity to help educate the public about the critical role nurses play in meeting the healthcare needs of Americans Indians and Alaska Natives across the Indian Health Service. Nurses are at the forefront of raising the physical, mental, social, and spiritual health of American Indians and Alaska Natives to the highest level.
