IHS Externship Program

Students with at least one year of education above high school level can now apply to the IHS 2020 Summer Externship Program Exit Disclaimer: You Are Leaving www.ihs.gov . This paid externship offers students the opportunity to gain valuable clinical experience in their respective health disciplines or fields at an Indian health care facility. The IHS continues to seek the next generation of leaders committed to improving the health of Native communities. The deadline to apply to the program is February 26, 2020.
