Our Physical Therapists help patients improve movement, restore function, reduce pain, and maintain independence through individualized rehabilitation and treatment.
Conditions Treated
Treatment is available for a variety of conditions affecting movement, strength, balance, mobility, and daily function, including:
- Orthopedic Injuries and Conditions: Non-critical and minor conditions affecting the foot, ankle, knee, hip, spine, shoulder, elbow, forearm, and wrist
- Walking and Mobility Difficulties: Conditions affecting gait, mobility, and functional independence
- Balance Problems and Fall Risk: Balance and mobility concerns that may increase the risk of falls
- Neurological Conditions: Sub-acute neurological conditions requiring outpatient rehabilitation
- Chronic Pain: Persistent pain that affects movement, function, or daily activities
- Wheelchair and Mobility Needs: Conditions requiring custom or specialized wheelchair evaluation and fitting
