Primary Care Medical Clinic Pharmacy Closed
The Primary Care Medical Clinic Pharmacy is closed until further notice due to ongoing renovations. During this period, the Main Pharmacy will provide all services for Primary Care prescriptions.
Main Pharmacy Prescription Pickup
Prescription wait times may vary based on patient volume and pharmacy workload. On weekends and holidays, Emergency Department (ED) medication needs are given priority.
To help reduce wait times, please request refills in advance and pick up medications as early in the day as possible. Same-day processing cannot be guaranteed.
If you visit PIMC for care and need to pick up your prescriptions while you are on campus, please check in with the Main Pharmacy, located on the first floor of the tower. The window is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Walk-in refill requests can be processed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To call in a refill, call the automated refill line at 602-200-5385.
If a PIMC provider has prescribed you medication with refills, you can sign up to receive your refills at home. You can enroll in the Meds by Mail program in person at any outpatient Pharmacy window or by calling 602-263-1506. Once you are registered for Meds by Mail, you can request that your refills be sent directly to the address on file before your current prescription runs out.
