Schedule an Appointment

Patients can schedule appointments by calling their clinic directly or through our centralized appointment line. Our scheduling staff are available Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays.

If you are an established patient, you may also schedule follow-up visits at the end of your appointment or by calling your clinic’s main phone line and selecting the appropriate scheduling option. Please note that calls are handled by scheduling staff, who will assist with appointment requests and route messages as needed.

New patients must first contact the call center to create a medical record before scheduling their first appointment.

Same-Day and Urgent Appointments

Same-day appointments may be available for urgent, non-emergency needs. Please call early in the day to check availability. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Walk-In Services

Some departments and clinics offer walk-in hours for certain services, such as lab work, immunizations, and pharmacy refills. Walk-in times vary by department. Check with your clinic or the main desk for details.

Arriving to Your Appointment

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and paperwork.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call your clinic as soon as possible, preferably 24 hours in advance, so we can offer the time to another patient.
