Can someone go in and change someone else's entry?

Different security levels will be established based on various roles (e.g., dentist, dental assistant, receptionist, administrator, etc.). These security levels will determine the level of access for each role. Only the appropriate individuals will have a security level that allows them to access and/or change passwords.
