This is the quarterly USPHS Dental Webinar, and will be held from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. CT on Wednesday, April 28th. This webinar is open to all USPHS dentist and dental hygienist officers, and dentists from agencies served by the USPHS. This presentation will focus on the impact of structural racism on health education, health providers, and health outcomes.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
1] Describe examples of structural racism;
2] Explain implicit bias in health professionals education; and
3] Discuss the impact of social injustice on population health.

ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. IHS DOH designates this activity for 1.00 continuing education credits.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
