Janice has been a Dentrix Enterprise Certified Trainer for 22 years. She also is the implementation training specialist for Enterprise clients assisting with conversions, database design, and validating converted data. Not only is Janice an experienced trainer, she is also a highly sought out speaker for our user conferences such as Business of Dentistry. Janice has been the recipient of the Trainer of The Year award three times in her career for her outstanding performance as a certified trainer.

3. Generating Continuing Care reports from the Clinic view
a. How to generate a contact to patient to schedule a Continuing Care appointment

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
