DE0345: IHS Monthly EDR Series: Monthly & Admin Checklists [Recorded Webinar]
This session provides additional Handbook guidance to effectively use the new Dentrix Enterprise Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Admin Checklists to maximize clinic efficiency. The Handbook is developed to provide IHS Dental Directors [or other Dentrix clinic managers] a guide on which Dentrix reports/processes should be done daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to ensure the Dentrix system is properly maintained for maximum effectiveness. The Handbook provides a schedule and checklist for clinic Directors and managers to evaluate clinic operations and performance. The Handbook also references the Dentrix Users’ Guide and internal “Help” function for details on how to perform each operation.
Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:
1. List 2 Daily Checklist items that provide opportunity to review daily patient care entries made within Dentrix Enterprise.
2. Identify 2 additional resources to use as a reference for Dentrix Enterprise workflows and maintenance of system setup and performance.
3. Define 2 reasons for routine completion of the Dentrix Clinic Managers Checklists.
