Join this webinar to learn about new enhancements to the consent forms, document center reports & Oral Health Status in Dentrix Enterprise version 11.0.2. This webinar will introduce the new Document Center Audit and Document List HIM QA reports, incorporation of the OHS Metric into the More Information window and the new setup process for electronic consent forms within Dentrix Enterprise.

Janice has been a Dentrix Enterprise Certified Trainer for over 23 years. She also is the Implementation Training Specialist for Enterprise Clients assisting with conversions, database design, and validating converted data. Not only is Janice an experienced trainer, she is also a highly sought out speaker for our user conferences such as Business of Dentistry. Janice has been the recipient of the Trainer of The Year award three times in her career for her outstanding performance as a certified trainer.
Agenda:
• Review the IHS projects for the development of the new features in Dentrix Enterprise Version 11.0.2
• Introduce the Dentrix Enterprise Document Center HIM QA Reports
o Review the process to audit and generate a QA report using the Document Center Audit Report
o Understand how to generate and review the Document Center - Document List Report which displays a list of documents that were acquired within a specified date range
• Introduce the Oral Health Status Metric in the More Information Window
o View the OHS Classification in More Information
o Analyze graphical OHS data based on OHS Scores, patient age, patient health and other available data points
• Introduce the Dentrix Enterprise electronic consent form modifications
o Setup for electronic consent forms in Dentrix Enterprise
o Accessing the completed electronic consent forms
Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:
1. List the 2 HIM QA reports
2. Identify the location for storing and viewing after a patient consent form is signed electronically
3. Identify 2 data fields that can be used to produce the OHS Patient Graph

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
