Summary:

This course is designed to provide attendees with resources they need to be able to contact and receive support from the appropriate support group for issues they are experiencing with the Dentrix Enterprise EDR. Topics include Support Avenues, Communication processes and expectations, Self-learning and training, Service agreements, Common support calls including: ADE/BADE & CDT upgrade process, Adding Providers and Staff to Dentrix Enterprise.

Learning Objectives:

Following the presentation, the attendee will be able to:
1.   Identify two [2] ways to access Dentrix [and MiPACS] support
2.   List three [3] IHS Dentrix EDR Support assistance [Help function in Dentrix; EDR Website; Phone to Dentrix Help Desk]
3.   Understand the EDR Annual Support Agreement requirements to maintain uninterrupted Dentrix support and Service

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
