DE0611: CliftonStrengths Training - review [PORTLAND AREA ONLY, By invitation only]
This is a touch-up/review of the previously offered two-part series on strengths-based leadership principles for dental teams to understand and become more aware of both personal and team member’s strengths and how to apply these principles to enhance team building and interpersonal relationships.
This course is open only to Portland Area dental staff, by invitation only. Course material/links will be sent out to invitees by the course director.
Upon completion of this review course, participants will be able to:
1. Leading self – understand and become more aware of your personal strengths
2. Leading others - create awareness of the strengths of others, enhance interpersonal relationships, supervision and teams
3. Leading the organization - discuss the skills, systems, and cultural dimensions needed in a strengths-based organization

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
