DE0663: IHS Monthly EDR Series: Dentrix Best Practices: Patient Chart, Medical History Review & Clinical Notes [Recorded Webinar]
This course is designed to provide attendees with a deeper understanding of the new Dental Patient Medical Assessment introduced with Dentrix Enterprise version 18.104.22.1686 [CU7]. Attendees will learn how to complete the individual components of the patient medical history review to support comprehensive patient visit documentation
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
• Identify one  Dentrix Enterprise feature to improve your clinical documentation
• List two  top tips for clinical documentation
• Understand the purpose and workflow for the new Dental Patient Medical Assessment

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
