Summary:

During this webinar you will learn workflow strategies to create, use and manage insurance plans in Dentrix Enterprise. Insurance plans in Dentrix Enterprise support dental claim creation, patient estimates for dental care and internal team communication of dental plan benefits. Join us as Theresa Romero, certified Dentrix Enterprise trainer presents tips that will benefit your dental patient readiness processes.

Theresa Romero has extensive knowledge in the dental industry. She began her career as a dental assistant, then transitioned to the management side of the practice. Theresa became a Certified Dentrix Trainer in 2004 and continued her role in management for a private dental practice. In 2011, after having a huge impact on the office she managed, Theresa joined the Dentrix Enterprise training team full time. Since that time, she has been enhancing the utilization of Dentrix Enterprise in organizations across the country.

Agenda:
•   Review of the RPMS to Dentrix Enterprise patient information [ADT] interface messaging for insurance plans
•   Learn to develop and improve systems to support insurance plan use in Dentrix Enterprise
o   Review setup processes for creating insurance plans and fee schedules
o   Discover the use process for attaching insurance plans and fee schedules within Dentrix Enterprise
o   Discover the best practice for developing insurance plans to support insurance claim creation
o   Incorporate the More Information window to support identification of patient readiness
o   Produce treatment plans for clinical review and/or dental care presentation
•   Learn reporting tools and systems for maintaining strong insurance plan systems.
o   Review 3 key reports and tools to help manage insurance within Dentrix Enterprise
o   Discover the process to join and purge dental insurance plans in Dentrix Enterprise to maintain a more accurate insurance plan system

1.   List 2 setup processes which are important for establishing accuracy with dental insurance plans
2.   Identify the Dentrix Enterprise window that provides a comprehensive review of patient readiness

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
