EDR Trainer, Cindy Abreu, presents the Billing Series Part 2: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Billing Reports & Tasks. This billing series will be covered in three sessions. The August session will cover the importance and benefits of identifying common billing problems. Join this online seminar to learn how to use EDR reports to successfully manage the billing process. This online seminar is recommended for system administrators, billing team members, and dental clinic management.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
1.   List two [2] Daily billing reports.
2.   Define the term ‘accounts receivable’.
3.   Generate the procedures not attached report.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
