DE0995: IHS Monthly EDR Series: Fundamentals of the RPMS Electronic Dental Record [EDR] Interface [BADE] [Live Webinar]
The intent of this class is to provide basic system information about the IHS EDR [Electronic Dental Record] interface, with focus on the RPMS side of the interface. This will help technical staff troubleshoot interface issues after Dentrix is installed. Course topics include: the type of data transmitted; overview of the BADE production; restarting the interface; common issues and problems; and the guides available for resolving issues.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Understand the type of data transmitted between RPMS and Dentrix.
2. Inspect the BADE production for errors and issues.
3. Restart the BADE production and Dentrix DXONE HL7 live services.
4. Identify common EDR interface issues.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
