Welcome to the Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center. Our mission is to provide an innovative, caring, and diverse healthcare system that is trusted and responsive to the needs of our community. The Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center is a primary ambulatory care clinic that is dedicated to providing quality healthcare to all eligible American Indians and Alaska Natives in the Warm Springs Service Unit Area. As part of that dedication, we maintain accreditation through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), and are also recognized by AAAHC as a Medical Home. We have been recognized as a Patient Centered Primary Care Home (PCPH) through the Oregon Health Authority since 2012.

The Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center provides a comprehensive system of healthcare services including treatment of a wide range of medical and dental conditions. The Warm Springs Health and

Wellness Center is a primary care clinic that offers medical, dental, optometry, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology and podiatry services. It is the goal of the Wellness Center to assist our patients in promoting and improving the health of the Warm Springs community to the highest possible level. Equally important is our staff's commitment to the prevention of illness and injury.

We work very closely with the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Health Programs to provide seamless care and to ensure effective and high quality healthcare that is responsive to the needs of the Warm Springs community. The Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center is involved in numerous health promotional programs that encourage our patients to be active participants in their own healthcare and issues within the healthcare field. Some examples include: diabetes prevention and diabetes self-management, and Living Well with Chronic Conditions. Staff host or participates in many community events such as regular Diabetes Walk activities, Women of Warm Springs (WOW), Kids Clinic Fun Day, local health fairs and conducting health screenings in the community.

The Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center employs over 100 individuals who are both Civil and Commissioned Corp staff.

Located in the plateaus and river valleys of northern Jefferson County, Warm Springs offers a wide variety of outdoor experiences. Lake Billy Chinook lies to the southern border, while the western and northwestern borders back up against the scenic beauty of the Cascade Mountains. Fishing, camping, hiking, boating, rafting, skiing and golfing are some of the outdoor activities this area has to offer. Most of these activities are within reasonable driving distance from Warm Springs. Individuals are welcomed to immerse themselves in the culture of Warm Springs by either visiting the Museum at Warm Springs or by attending cultural events held throughout the year.
