What do we do if some of our staff don't want to use the software or don't seem to "get it"?
Utilization of the EDR software should not be optional. It is progress. Reluctant staff should be counseled on the advantages the EDR provides for improving the quality of care and patient safety. Staff members who don’t seem to “get it” may need support in the form of additional one-on-one training with the more computer savvy members of your staff.
