1. For questions regarding EDR implementation and management contact the EDR Project Manager at IHSEDR@ihs.gov. For answers to technical and/or user problems contact the Henry Schein Dentrix Enterprise IHS Help Desk at 1.800.DSCHEIN [1.800.372.4346] and select option 4. You will need the customer name and customer number provided to you during the deployment in order to properly route your call. Alternatively, you can contact the Dentrix Enterprise IHS Help Desk via email at email@example.com.
