Your first step is to check with your local site manager to see if the problem is network or hardware related. If the problem is with Dentrix Enterprise then contact the Dentrix Enterprise IHS Help Desk at 1.800.DSCHEIN [1.800.372.4346] and select option 4. You will need the customer name and customer number provided to you during the deployment in order to properly route your all.
