A question mark.

A: Click the Go Directly to Login button and enter your Web Login account credentials. After that, click the My Training button. You can also access the training module menu at any time by clicking on Training Status in the left side menu.

A: Once you click on the My Training button or the Training Status menu link, you will see a list of the modules you must complete for this year's ISSA training. Click on one to begin.

A: The system will remember the modules you have completed. But, if you leave a module before you complete it, you will have to start the module again when you return to the site.

A: The IHS Login System shows that pop-up if you have not clicked through to a new page in the last 20 minutes. This may happen while you are reading ISSA training information. If you fail to click OK within 3 minutes, you will need to log in again to the Login System.

A. There are many reasons why a training video may not play. The first steps to finding a solution is to try the training on a different browser such as Chrome if using Internet Explorer. If that doesn't work, contact your local IT department to see if there are any restrictions at your facility on YouTube videos. If neither of those options yield a solution, or if you have no way of determining if those options will help, please contact the ISSA Support Team using the Contact Us form in the left side navigation menu.

A: Completion time varies, but normally will not take more than an hour.

A: Users must complete all modules presented in the training program, including electronically agreeing to the IHS Rules of Behavior.

A: If your ISSA email no longer matches your email in the SailPoint Identity Access Management (IAM) system and it appears you have not completed your ISSA training because of it, you can update your ISSA email to resync the accounts. First, confirm with your supervisor that the email in IAM is the one that should be used. Then, go to the ISSA site (https://www.ihs.gov/ISSA/index.cfm), click the Login button on the upper right, and log in to your Web Login Account. Successful log in changes that button to My Account. Click that link and then click Edit Profile in the box that pops up. Update your email address to the email address in IAM and click the Submit Form button to save the changes. Click "My Profile" in the ISSA left-side navigation menu to confirm the changes. Your ISSA training should then resync with IAM within 24 hours.
