Physical Fitness and Sports Month

May is dedicated to physical fitness and sports. Being active provides many benefits to people of all ages, including more restful sleep and reducing risk of chronic diseases. Just 30 minutes a day for adults and 60 minutes a day for children will help improve wellness. Getting children involved at a young age sets their path for better overall health, but it's never too late to get out and get active!
