CAPT Klimo supports the Director in the overall management of NSSC operations and leads key functional areas to ensure operational excellence. She acts as the senior operational officer, ensuring seamless coordination among branches and serving as acting Director when needed.

CDR Miller is responsible for ensuring that NSSC’s services are effectively delivered to the field, including the Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor and Medical Surgical Prime Vendor. This role focuses on field-facing operations, quality assurance, product standardization, and logistics execution
