How do I place an order?

Orders are submitted through the LINK system. Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor and Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor orders are placed through vendor ordering systems and processed through the NSSC.

How do I contact customer service?

Questions and support needs can be emailed to IHSNSSCCustomerService@ihs.gov.

What if our facility is not a customer of the NSSC?

Facilities requesting to become NSSC customers must email IHS NSSC Customer Service to request a new NSSC Customer Agreement application.
