ED Dashboard Office Hours- eLearning/Hands-on

Description:
The Indian Health Service Office of Information Technology EHR CAC Informatics Office Hours Series is an informal question and answer session. Each session will focus on selected topics. The purpose of the EHR Office Hours is to assist Indian Health/Tribal/Urban [ITU] sites answer any questions pertaining to the RPMS EHR. These scheduled Office Hour sessions are open to all [a] Clinical Application Coordinators [CAC] [b] Pharmacy, Lab, and Radiology Informaticists [c] Health Information Management [HIM] Professionals, and [d] Information Technology [IT] Specialists within the Great Plains Area. Office Hours will provide one-on-one teaching, trouble-shooting, and Q&A. These office hours are intended to supplement the RPMS & EHR CAC Informatics Training to encourage and support the end-users.

This is a 90 minute question and answer session. Ask the experts using ED Dashboard about their experience. This session begins at 830 am AKT, 930 PT, 1030 MT, 1130 CT, 1230ET Adobe Connect Link: https://ihs.adobeconnect.com/r45akhjhqfy/ Agenda: - Demonstration of the ED Dashboard - Q&A Intended audience: Open office hours for CACs and other interested users – field questions about ED Dashboard, ER documentation, tips, tricks, and transition to ED Dashboard. If you have technical questions on setting up your ED Dashboard, please work with your site IT, Area CAC and CMST. All support requests will go to the OIT Helpdesk - User Support [IHS] Support@ihs.gov. The OIT helpdesk will then open a ticket and assign to the CSMT.
