Tribal Healthcare Facilities
All administrative offices and outpatient clinics will be closed, except for Sells Hospital ER, EMS and the Inpatient Unit on the following days: Martin Luther King, Jr., Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
Additionally, the Sells Service Unit Ambulatory Services (also known as outpatient services) at all clinical sites are closed for In-Service training and planning on a one day quarterly basis.
Ambulatory Services at Sells Service Unit include all clinical services at the San Xavier Health Center, Santa Rosa Health Center, San Simon Health Center, School Health Clinics and the Sells Hospital with the exception of the Sells Hospital Emergency Department, EMS, and the Inpatient Unit including the support services for those units (ex. lab, x-ray, etc).
Eligibility
