DE0658: IHS Monthly CDE Call: Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias and Oral Health [Recorded webinar], Part 2
In this second part of a two-part series we will address the incorporation screening tools to identify cognitive impairment into a dental practice, to recognize occult cognitive impairment that impacts treatment plans and outcomes.
Upon completion of this webinar, participants should be able to:
1. Describe common tools for early detection of cognitive impairment.
2. Use the Mini-Cog as an early detection tool.
3. Integrate tools for early recognition of cognitive impairment into clinical practice to achieve better outcomes in oral health.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
