Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System (YRBSS) Exit Disclaimer: You Are Leaving www.ihs.gov 

The Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System (YRBSS) monitors priority health risk behaviors and the prevalence of chronic health conditions among youth and young adults. The YRBSS is a national school-based survey conducted by the CDC in partnership with states, Tribes, and territories. State-level, national, and some Tribal-specific AI/AN data are available.
