DD0029: Leadership Course: ADO/Chiefs Series - Infection Control
This course is part of the ADO/Dental Chiefs/Dental Directors ongoing webinar series designed to provide Area Dental Officers and dental managers with both practical information and leadership information to help them do their jobs better.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Describe applicability of CDC infection control standards in IHS and tribal dental settings;
2. Explain methods of sterilization and disinfection and appropriateness of these methods;
3. Provide examples of correct sterilization techniques including digital xrays and low speed handpieces.

No tuition required
Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
