Summary:

This course is part of a 6-course series available to ADOs and dental chiefs/directors on practical, everyday tips to improving work efficiency and producing quality administrative products.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Describe how to create .pst files in Outlook;
2. Explain how to check folder size using Outlook; and
3. Demonstrate how to use the calendar and tasks to keep track of projects, tasks, and meetings.

Participants should be current Area Dental Officers or Dental Chiefs. This session will be recorded for later viewing.

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
