DE0259: IHS Monthly EDR Series: Using Dentrix to submit claims electronically and generate hard copy claims [Recorded Webinar]
In this webinar, attendees will learn the necessary steps to setup Dentrix to be able to successfully generate dental claims from Dentrix; How to attach insurance to patients and generate and send dental claims electronically through Dentrix eServices. Attendees will be presented use of Dentrix eServices to compare with other electronic claims submission systems.
Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to learn:
1. How Dentrix Enterprise supports insurance claim production and submission.
2. Recommended Dentrix Enterprise workflow for accurate claim generation.
3. How to discern procedure codes / claims that have not been created and follow up on outstanding claims

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
