Summary:

Join this webinar for an in-depth review of the Continuing Care system in Dentrix Enterprise. The course will offer insight of the Continuing Care system setup and use on both the clinic level as well as on the individual patient level. Continuing Care report generation will also be covered in this webinar.

Renee’ has devoted over 35 years to the Dental Industry. Her career began as a Chairside Assistant before moving to Administration, Management, and Consulting. She has been a Dentrix Trainer since 2012, Certified for IHS, Dentrix Enterprise Commercial and Dentrix Core, Renee’ is known for her personal approach and passion for all things Dental.

a.   How to create and review a patient’s Continuing Care Plan
3.   Generating Continuing Care reports from the Clinic view
a.   How to generate contact with the patient to schedule a Continuing Care appointment
b.   How to use the Continuing Care reports to manage the clinic’s recall system

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
