Johnnie Phillips presents a step-by-step review of the newly released Dentrix Enterprise EDR Document Center Quality Assessment [QA] review process developed specifically for IHS. In order for the Dentrix Document Center to meet IHS Health Information Management [HIM] requirements as an acceptable option for archival storage of documents, it is essential for IHS clinics to conduct this QA review process on a monthly basis. This presentation is intended for both dental clinic personnel and medical facility HIM personnel.

Following the presentation, the attendee will be able to:
•   Identify two [2] help resources to learn about the Dentrix Enterprise Document Center QA utility.
•   List the names of the three [3] report tabs in the Dentrix Enterprise Document Center QA utility.
•   Identify two [2] setup configurations to support the Document Center QA utility access and functions.

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
