Summary:

This Webinar will present an update on the Dentrix Enterprise upgrade process - including explanations for funding support by the IHS EDR Contract and required forms, information on annual support agreements and 2021 CDT updates.

Vonda has been involved in the healthcare industry for over 15 years. Her experience has been primarily on the technical side but has also collaborated with healthcare providers, internal subject matter experts, project development and various stakeholders in healthcare industries across the continuum. Vonda joined Leidos nearly a year ago serving as an electronic dental record implementation Site Manager overseeing the EDR Implementation process for the IHS Dentrix Enterprise Program.? In prior roles, Vonda has worked as a Technical Instructor, Educational Consultant, and Solutions Consultant for other vendors. All roles were client facing and involved training and instructor-led web-based courses. She is a professional speaker and received her Competent Communicator and later the Bronze Communicator from Toastmasters International in 2018.

Participants should be end users of the IHS Electronic Dental Record.

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
