DE0687: IHS Dentrix Enterprise Implementation In-Person Training: Dentrix [DXE] Setup: Providers & Staff
This course is designed to provide attendees with a general understanding of Dentrix Enterprise setup and use for dental practice management. The course is divided into role-based modules which focus on each step of the practice management life cycle and provide attendees with in depth training of daily activities.
This is an introduction to the Dentrix Enterprise [DXE] software and EDR interface [if applicable]. Course topics include general navigation of DXE and the type of data transmitted, and common workflows. DXE user setup is reviewed in this session as a precursor to assigning user security access.
1. Understand what type of data is transmitted from Dentrix Enterprise [DXE] to EMR.
2. Review provider and hygienist setup and data transition issues.
3. Understand user/staff setup in Dentrix.

Course is available only while undergoing EDR implementation.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
