DD1002: USPHS Dentist Webinar [Recorded Webinar]: E-Cigarettes and Oral Health
This course will provide an overview of the tobacco use in the United States, including an overview of the Surgeon General's Report on E-Cigarette Use Among Youth and Young Adults. This course was live on 10/31/18 and will be available for 3 years as a recorded webinar.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Describe the incidence of e-cigarette use in the U.S.;
2. Explain the significance of e-cigarette abuse on oral and overall health; and
3. Implement strategies to educate patients about dangers of e-cigarettes.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
