DE0700: IHS Dentrix Enterprise Implementation In-Person Training: Follow-up on Scheduling & Patient Records
This course is designed to provide attendees with a general understanding of Dentrix Enterprise setup and use for dental practice management. The course is divided into role-based modules which focus on each step of the practice management life cycle and provide attendees with in depth training of daily activities.
This follow-up training course consists of reviewing scheduling and patient records workflows in Dentrix Enterprise [DXE]. Within the course time, attendees will have the opportunity to validate workflow processes, identify challenges and resolve process gaps.
1. Describe the difference between break, wait/will call and deleting appointments.
2. List two  ways to acquire a document in the Document Center.
3. Demonstrate the workflow to find an appointment time in Dentrix Enterprise [DXE].

The Indian Health Service Division of Oral Health (IHS DOH) is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. IHS DOH designates this activity for 3.00 continuing education credits.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
