Summary:

This course introduces the IHS Dental Clinic Manager's Handbook through a review of the daily, weekly, monhtly and adminstrative reports checklists. Learn the reports to generate regularly to keep the Dentrix Enterprise [DXE] system functioning properly, and finalize the DXE software setup prior to Go Live.

Learning Objectives:

1. List three [3] Dentrix Enterprise [DXE] reports that should be run on a daily basis.
2. List four [4] advantages of running the Month End closeout.
3. Identify two [2] sections of the IHS Dental Clinic Manager's Handbook.

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
