This course will provide attendees with information they need to be able to contact and receive support from the IHS DXE EDR support team for issues they are experiencing with the IHS Dentrix Enterprise EDR. Topics include: Support Avenues, Communication processes and expectations, Self-learning and training, Service agreements, Common support calls including: ADE/BADE & CDT upgrade process, Adding Providers and Staff to Dentrix Enterprise.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
1.   Identify two [2] ways to access Dentrix [and MiPACS] support.
2.   List three [3] IHS Dentrix EDR Support assistance options.
3.   Understand the EDR Annual Support Agreement requirements to maintain uninterrupted Dentrix support and Service.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
