DE0525: IHS Monthly EDR Series: IHS Dentrix Clinic Manager's Handbook - Review of Checklists and Updates with a focus on Schedule Optimization [Recorded Webinar]
During this recorded webinar, the attendees will attend a recorded presentation that will include a review of the Clinic’s Closeout Duties/Checklists in the IHS Clinic Manager’s Handbook. Additionally, they will receive information and guidance while looking at New Sections that have only recently been added to the handbook. Included in the material presented will be a detailed explanation of the structure and intended use of this new information as pertains to clinic goals. Specific identification of documentation in one area, including customized workflows, will be targeted in Schedule Optimization examples.
Following the presentation, the attendee will be able to:
1. Effectively use the Checklists that were added to the IHS Clinic Manager’s Handbook in May 2020
2. Identify at least three of the New Sections added to the IHS Clinic Manager’s Handbook in May 2021
3. Understand and use three ways to optimize the Scheduling of Patient Appointments

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
