2024 Catalog: General Courses

This course incorporates a review of new features to support billing workflows in new Dentrix Enterprise. Attendees will learn how to utilize enhanced dental claim features and balance management tools.

1. List the two [2] ways to apply Suspended Credits in Dentrix Enterprise.
2. Identify the window which displays the guarantor estimate for all open charges in an account.
3. Demonstrate the steps to attach an insurance plan to a dental patient in Dentrix Enterprise [DXE].

Course is available only while undergoing EDR upgrades.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
