2024 Catalog: General Courses

This course covers the complete lifecycle of a patient visit. From the initial patient contact through appointment completion. The course will test the clinic's patient workflow process and give team members the opportunity to role play through hands-on experience with the Dentrix Enterprise [DXE] software.

1. Identify two [2] types of patient information displayed in the More Information window.
2. Demonstrate how to change patient "status" in the Appointment Book .
3. Identify two [2] areas to store patient notes within Dentrix Enterprise [DXE].

Course is available only while undergoing EDR upgrades.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
