Summary:

This course is designed to provide attendees with a general understanding of Dentrix Enterprise setup and use for dental practice management. The course is divided into role-based modules which focus on each step of the practice management life cycle and provide attendees with in depth training of daily activities.

This course reviews the process for efficient scheduling and management of patient appointments in the Dentrix Enterprise [DXE] Appointment Book; intended for any clinic personnel involved with scheduling patients.

Learning Objectives:

1. Identify how to show confirmed appointments in the patient Dentrix Enterprise [DXE] appointment view.
2. List three [3] parameters to find an open appointment time in the Appointment Book.
3. Learn how to create an appointment in the Dentrix Enterprise [DXE] Appointment Book.

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
