DE1013: IHS Monthly EDR Webinar Series: IHS RPMS eLearning Training: Fundamentals of the RPMS-EDR Interface [Live Webinar]
The purpose of this training is to provide basic system and support information about the Electronic Dental Record [EDR] Interface and focuses on the Resource and Patient Management System [RPMS] side of the interface. This will help technical staff troubleshoot interface issues after EDR is implemented.
• Understand the type of data transmitted between RPMS and Dentrix
• Inspect the BADE production for errors and issues
• Restart the BADE production and Dentrix HL7 services
• Identify common EDR interface issues

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
