Phoenix Indian Medical Center Health Care Campus Map
The Phoenix Indian Medical Center is located in central Phoenix on the northwest corner of 16th Street and Indian School Road. If you are driving, campus can be accessed from 16th Street, Indian School Road, or Glenrosa Avenue. If you are using public transportation, the hospital is conveniently located next to a number of Valley Metro bus stops.
Below is a campus map which details the main hospital (blue) and the ancillary buildings which house the following clinics: Primary Care Medicine Clinic (burgundy), WIC (orange), Women’s Clinic (pink), Specialty Services (green), Dental Main and Dental Annex (white), Behavioral Health (purple), and the Pediatrics Clinic (yellow). The Administration building and National Institutes of Health, which houses the Medical Library, are on the map in gray. Visitor parking and employee parking lots are denoted with circles labeled VP (white) and EP (black). Each building’s entrance is noted with an orange circle. The sweat lodge site is represented with the dotted line. This sacred space is open to all who wish to sit in reflection, meditate, or pray.
Free parking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Patients and visitors are cautioned not to park in reserved areas or handicap designated areas without proper authorization.
