Emergency Hiring
Large healthcare delivery organization, like the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, have a regular need for skilled and unskilled (no experience) short-term employees to fill critical positions within our workforce. In the IHS we call these positions "Emergency or Critical Need” hires. These positions do not exceed 30 days of employment without extension, and may not surpass 60 days in a 12-month period.
